Fly Heli gift cards may be redeemed exclusively for Fly Heli flight experiences and related services. Gift cards have no cash value and are non-refundable once issued. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, gift cards do not expire. Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be resold.

If the value of a gift card does not cover the full cost of a reservation, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of booking. Gift cards may be applied toward promotional or discounted flights unless explicitly restricted. Fly Heli is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

In the event a flight booked using a gift card is postponed due to weather, safety, or operational considerations, the remaining gift card value will remain available for future use. Fly Heli reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel gift cards in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of company policies.
